This house was bought at auction by a property developer client, I was actually at the auction with him when he won the bid, it was very exciting!
The brief here was to completely transform this large house into a home for immediate resale. It was previously owned by a housing association and had been configured into flats. There was a lot of red tape to go through and planning permission was challenging but we got there in the end. The client achieved a sale quite soon after completion.
