This was a project for a client on a limited budget and time frame. We had just six weeks to carry out a total refurbishment of all rooms including the kitchen and a garden make over.

It was a challenge but we were very pleased with the outcome. I reconfigured the hallway and cut into a storage unit to gain more space and to improve the flow. We also installed a sliding barn door to the kitchen, again to give more space.

I have worked for this client on a few projects. He owns a hotel in Brighton and is a property developer. I was responsible for the refurbishment of the hotel...we had a shoe string budget and I think he appreciated my ability to make something work without spending a fortune.
